With a rich experience of 10+ Years in the field of real estate, our founder Mr Krrish Chaturvedi was diligently focused & had a relentless approach towards bringing the never ending facade of real estate transactions to a closure. By the grace of the divine mother & Govind Devji, finally in January 2025 he decided to launch LQIN with a dream of transforming estates from an illiquid asset class to a highly liquid tradable asset. The ultimate goal of LQIN in his definition is not just its individual success but the relief of liquidity many landowners would finally experience after centuries of stagnancy.
